Recently, Cora's Hoefer grandparents came to visit her here in VA! It was very exciting because she had not seen them since Christmas when she was still a little shrimp of a baby. She's much bigger now!! The weather was iffy that weekend, so we didn't venture out too much. We did walk around Alexandria, though, and ate some good food!
Papa got Cora a most awesome gift at the toy store: an Ernie hand puppet!! Ernie is Cora's new favorite muppet these days, so she was super excited. Andy does a pretty good Ernie voice, too!
We walked down to the Torpedo Factory and the water glass man was there. He played a song just for Cora, who was very interested.
Somehow, Ernie made it into most of the pictures we took that weekend. Cora had such fun playing with Papa and Nana, and trying to get Papa's drink away from him!
While they were here, Anthony and Andy got Cora a swingset/slide for the back yard!! Here's Cora trying it out. She loves it!
We can't wait to see Nancy and Anthony again in a few weeks at the beach!! In real life, it'll be Cora's second beach trip, but officially, it'll be her first since last year she was itty bitty and hardly even left the house! Exciting times and many pictures to come!
