Our last dinner in London was taken in China Town. Everyone's food was awesome except mine. At least I got a lolly-pop and was allowed to pose with the Chinese shrine to The Peanuts!
And then, we were off to the theater! Or the theatre! And what, pray tell, did we go to see at the theatre!?!?! None other than SPAMALOT!!! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY! Claire got us some balcony seats, but when we arrived we saw that we had been switched to different seats. These seats were not on the balcony. These seats were not on the side. These seats were not in the back or the top. These seats were in the FIRST ROW of the theater. We were basically on the stage. We could peer down into the orchestra and watch the flutist flirt with the trumpeter. We could see backstage and got to know the character's facial features quite well. It was CLOSE UP, but a lot of fun!! Here's how close to the stage we were. We weren't supposed to take pictures, so I had to go sans-flash.

Seeing Spamalot was a great way to end our visit to London! Claire and Jim are gracious hosts and have a comfy couch and a sweet kitten who loves to snuggle! We can't wait to go back!
